2. Description of Service

Waylora is a trip planning application that helps you organize travel itineraries, track budgets, and manage travel events. The service includes an AI assistant (Lora) powered by Anthropic Claude and optional Gmail integration for booking imports.

3. User Accounts

• You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use Waylora
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or code
• Violate the rights of others

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Waylora (trips, events, notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

6. AI Assistant (Lora)

The AI assistant provides travel suggestions and planning assistance. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only. Always verify important travel details (reservations, visa requirements, etc.) with official sources.

7. Third-Party Services

Waylora integrates with third-party services (Google, Anthropic). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Waylora is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, missed bookings, or data loss.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
